Approach
Through our many years of "hands-on" experience in operations
management we have developed a practical methodology for the analysis of and
planning for our client's enterprises. This will typically involve some or
all of the following steps:
- Map and analyze current state of operations
- Collect and analyze all relevant data
- Determine operational requirements and planned production or service
goals
- Perform lean process review
- Consider alternate methods, technologies, equipment, systems, and
staffing
- Develop future state operation
- Prepare economic analyses of options with costs and benefits
- Prepare specifications for new facilities, equipment and systems
- Prepare written operating procedures
- Prepare data system and document requirements
- Plan and coordinate implementation to future state
- Follow up to ensure a successful operation
